Low-risk, lease secured, real estate ownership with a known investment timeframe. Market Returns. Think low risk, average reward.
Development/redevelopment projects. Moderate risk, Estimated investment timeframe, with a goal of above-market returns.
Land Speculation/Banking. We love raw land. Through extensive market research and our large network of industry professionals, we pick well placed land with a high probability of increasing its value over the next 5-10 years. This product has our longest investment timeframe, but occasionally, our highest returns.
